- Adjustable pulley: 8-position pop-pin enables vertical, horizontal, and diagonal pull configurations for a full-body workout. Perform squat exercises at the lower pulley positions.
- Versatile and compliant: Standard ADA compliant with removable seat. Standing exercises include upward pulls and straight arm back to vertical post extensions.
