The Enlighten Saunas SunRise - 8 Traditional Sauna is designed to provide a focused heat therapy experience in a compact, space-efficient format. This eight-person sauna combines traditional heating performance with durable outdoor construction.
Powered by a Harvia traditional electric heater, the SunRise - 8 heats the air to deliver a classic dry sauna environment. This movement-free recovery setting supports relaxation, circulation, and post-training muscle relief. Adjustable temperature controls up to 189°F and a built-in timer allow precise session management, making it suitable for structured wellness and recovery routines.
Constructed from real Western Canadian red cedar on both the interior and exterior, the sauna offers excellent thermal stability, moisture resistance, and long-term structural reliability. This rustic model favors wood over the glass for a wholesome traditional experience. Ergonomically designed sauna makes full use of natural light that shines through the glass panels. Canadian red cedar wood interior is easy on the eyes and feels pleasant to the touch. The insulated double-roof system with asphalt shingles enhances weather protection, while tempered glass elements and quality fittings ensure dependable operation in outdoor conditions. Integrated lighting, ergonomic bench seating, adjustable ventilation, and a Bluetooth audio system contribute to comfort and usability in professional or residential wellness environments.
