Please Contact Iron Zone Gyms on All Warranty Issues

Gymleco warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, this product will be repaired or replaced, at Gymleco's option, at no charge under the following conditions.

• Frame and weldings – Lifetime.
• Moving parts, rods, weight stack, wheels and other components - 10 Years from date of purchase.
• Powerband 10mm - 1 Year from date of purchase.
• Powerband 20mm - 10 Years from date of purchase.
• Upholstery - 1 Year from date of purchase.
• Adjustment pin - 1 Year from date of purchase.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the user. Gymleco and Iron Zone Gyms shall not be liable for any incidental consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product(s). Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations of how long an implied have other rights which vary from state to state.
