The Gymleco Pendulum Squat machine is probably the most stable and space-saving model on the market. The movement replicates a squat but removes the pressure from the lower back and only a small amount of weight is needed to create a high level of resistance for your legs.

The Pendulum squat is an exercise that has a counterbalance on the opposite end, helping you squat into an arching motion, (like a pendulum). It’s similar to a squat movement so putting this into your workout routine is great for some variety. The exercise targets quadriceps, glutes, adductors and calves.
